With a background in system development and information management, I have extensive experience working with private business, and more recently with UN and non-government organizations to assess information management requirements, and to design and implement systems for improved collection, storage, analysis, presentation and dissemination of information.

I have engaged in data and process analysis (including data collection, cleaning, collation and presentation methods), along with communication systems analysis to support implementation of effective information-gathering, access and feedback mechanisms in a range of subject areas including superannuation funds management, livelihoods recovery programming, food distribution activities, and disability services.

I have strong project coordination, intra- and inter-agency liaison, and client service/management skills in environments where multiple stakeholders have differing needs and priorities, and varying levels of understanding of the information management field.  Through these experiences, I have developed the ability to ‘translate’ technical concepts into practical examples to enable meaningful exploration of creative solutions by relevant stakeholders.
